Where should I start?
If you have not installed the app, start with the APK download. If it is already on your phone, open it directly. You only need to download again when installing on a new device or following an update instruction.
Website, APK and app: what each one does

Opening a website does not install an app. Downloading an APK also does not create an account. Finish the Android installation steps before trying to open the app from your home screen.
After installation, open the app
Tap Open when Android finishes installing, or find the app icon in your phone’s app list. Returning users should use the same account and sign-in method they used before.
Once you are signed in, check the games and features available in the app. Read a game’s rules and any entry or reward terms before joining. Availability and terms can change, so use the details shown for that game.
If the app opens but you cannot reach your account, use login help. Downloading another copy is not the first fix for a sign-in problem.
Opening the APK on Android
Find the completed file in your browser’s Downloads list or the Files app, then tap it. Android will show the installation screen.
- Check the app name and permissions shown by your phone.
- If Android asks to install from your browser or file manager, review that source before allowing it.
- Keep Play Protect enabled and read any security message.
- For an update, keep your existing app and account details until the new installation completes.
If Android cannot open the file or reports “App not installed”, match the message to the installation error checklist.
